There are small niche job boards with jobs internationally.At the moment the location looks messy - for example if someone is looking in Germany only, there is no way for them to just select Germany and see a handful of jobs there. Everything gets dominated by the US :)Love the product, would be great to have this added. I feel like it can be overwhelming for a job seeker to have to scroll through an enormous list of different cities in each state when it comes to finding their desired location, instead of giving a huge list, a search option with city and state could be a lot better

The company URL needs to be added when you edit a post. Is there anything we can do so that we do not need to add it every single post and the company URL, if already inputed does not need to be added. That will help post jobs much faster from an administrator perspective. The only reason admin's actually press edit is coz the location field needs clean up. (Guess this is another feature request) in consideration @Kyle Davidson @Jason

Having a way for Jobseekers to create profiles and be part of a private directory available for companies who paid for access to the talent pool. If a company pays for access to the pool, it can view all information from potential candidates and their contact details. On the Job Seekers' side, when creating profiles, we need to ask for consent to share their contact details with interested companies.

Being able to enter one or more custom fields would be helpful.for example, you could specify the type of visa (work and residence permit) that the company is looking for, or directly the citizenship (usa, european, spanish, etc).would be very useful for states that attract many expats, such as switzerland (from which i am writing to you).Another use would be to be able to set the type of driver's license needed, or the level of languages.ThanksDom

We could really use some additional filtering options and search capabilities to manage jobs on the back-end. Adding a post date column would be a great start or allowing the admin to choose which columns to view in the jobs table and allowing filtering on all fields would be fantastic.

Instead of only allowing us to charge for 1 job posting, the employer should have the option to select a "bundle" option, wether that's 3,5, or more basic listings to 3,5, etc premium listings.

Similar to what FS-Poster offers for wordpress, where you can set multiple schedules depending on job variables (keywords, taxonomies, job posting plan) and a custom message that goes out with the job, so that specific new jobs could be auto-posted to socials. This is partly achievable by sending an RSS feed to a 3rd party services for social media but you lose a lot of the customisation that way.

Keen to give my users good experience. However jobs often come with errors: wrong company, wrong title, variations in locations. So most of them need to be edited manually.I can't physically do it myself + my time is too valuable.I need to give access to someone from UpWork but don't want to share access to my account.So need a team member account (that is not an admin account able to change key info).
