Add Countries
There are small niche job boards with jobs internationally.
At the moment the location looks messy - for example if someone is looking in Germany only, there is no way for them to just select Germany and see a handful of jobs there. Everything gets dominated by the US :)
Love the product, would be great to have this added.
Countries a basic feature for any job board.

when you write a word in SEARCH BAR, it searches only on the title job, country etc.. .but doesnt search in the descritption text, wich is the most important in my opinion.... so for me its mandatory to have the description field inclueded in the SEARCH. otherwise people are missing 80% of the jobs if there is a lot in the jobboard.
FOR EXEMPLE :
if you write marekting in search bar of linkedin or indeed, it gives back all the jobs that have the workd "marketing" in any field of the job, in lueded the description..
