Talent Pool of Jobseekers ready to be hired by companies

» If a company pays for access to the pool, it can view all information from potential candidates and their contact details.

Company can subscribe to different levels of access, set by the job board, i.e. unlimited access to all profiles/contacts or x# of profiles/contacts per month.

Default fields for job seekers can be enabled or disabled per job board.

Job boards can add custom fields specific to the industry/niche they target.

Job seeker profiles can contain multiple CVs/resumes.

When a job seeker clicks Apply, they can select which data to share with the job poster, and the job poster may also request additional data fields.

To second Nalu` comment, I also think that there should be a lead magnet connected to the paywall in order to capture job-seekers data before they are connected to their actual desired employers.

Would it be a good idea if we could have a customizable candidate form section where jobseekers could fill in their information (can act as an up-to-date personal information vs already made CV) then the data can be saved in our database and then be formed into CVs.

The fields in the forms can then be linked to current available jobs, to newly posted jobs, then automatically send notifications to companies and jobseekers whenever there is an element match detected. Hope this makes sense.

This would be great to have profiles of ready to work jobseekers with a paywall for companies to view their resume, credentials etc.

This can also be a feature for the paywall, where paying job-seekers can have their profiles listed as potential candidates.
