Job Post Headings

In Job posts, you cannot select a specific heading size for text in the job description. When a heading is added, it renders as an <h1> tag, but there is already an <h1> tag in the job post template: the job title (which is valid). Thus, if you do use a heading in the job description, it is not SEO or HTML standards compliant, as there should only be a single <h1> on a page.

The ability to add multiple heading sizes, e.g., <h2,<h3>, should be enabled and <h1> should not be allowed.
