Features for Employers
I feel like the features for employers are lacking which can be essential since they will be the main source of income, options can include virtual interview options, a page dedicated to where they can see the different prices with their respective perks, a custom business page where job seekers can get more info about them, the ability to send messages to job seekers, etc etc.

This will be a gem for companies that don’t have a particular recruitment system setup yet. They’ll love our job boards for this.

I am a recruiter and from the features above I think what would be valuable are: 1) pricing tiers 2) company pages. Virtual / video interview is done via the usual corporate tools (TEAMs etc), to send messages they use email. Hiring people are busy and 99,9% of them will be using their default tools. The value of a niche job board is in niche job seekers / niche jobs, not in extra communication tools.
