Easier Job Deletion

Currently, the deletion process is extremely manual. We have to select one-by-one, which is a pain.

Requesting filtered deletion options. e.g. delete jobs >= 2 weeks, delete jobs matching a specific company.

Also, this is a completely separate topic, but it would also be nice to be able to choose the options of the bulk importer—to exclude certain companies from being imported, or from being imported multiple times.
