Custom Themes-Allow members to create and sell?

Upon searching through these threads, as well as on Facebook, it seems people would like more customization options.

As a developer, it would be cool if we were able to develop custom themes and sell them. I think this could be integrated into a jobboardly marketplace i.e. when a user decides to purchase jobboardly, they can then keep the default theme, or search the marketplace for a custom theme, adding to the total pricing of their purchase (which can be split between the developer of the theme and a jobboardly %).

A win-win for all involved. :D
