Category - By Job Function and Industry

We have job Category filter already which is good, however, sometimes this limits job posting or searching experience. Ideally jobs are to be categorized under FUNCTION and INDUSTRY. Requesting -

1) Ability for admin to manually define job Function and Industry just like Category.

2) Ability to enable or disable Function and Industry in settings.
This will allow admins to target specific (niche) sub-industry.
