Add specific remote locations

Currently, we are only able to list a country under location for remote jobs. There are many remote jobs that require the applicant to be at a specific location, i.e. a city and/or state. (We have to switch to “hybrid” in order to type a specific location which then shows as “remote friendly” on the job board.)
