Accessibility issues

There are apparently some accessibility issues (think buttons not having an accessible name), potentially making the site non ADA compliant. I don't know the exact implications of that, but came across this issue when trying to submit my job board to a university, who required ADA compliance. I think any issues are probably easily fixable (I found them through https://www.accessibilitychecker.org/)
